I'm having a problem with my website and there's probably a simple
answer but I'm missing it. The first page now has a scroll bar at the
bottom and you have to move it from side to side to read the whole page.
It hasn't been there before until I went in and made some changes. One
of the changes was to create a table to put lines around a couple of
sections to emphasize them and may be the cause. Does anyone have any
ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.
