accessible-iOS Weather widget in iOS 7

I'm not sure this made it to the list, so I'm trying again. Hopefully,
I'll get a response this time.
In iOS 6 there was a weather widget that would display current weather
and a brief 5 day forecast in the Notification area. In iOS 7 that
widget isn't listed in the Notifications Settings area and only
current weather is displayed. The 5 day forecast appears to be gone.
Is there any way to get this back? Neither the weather widget nor the
weather app is listed under Notifications in Settings. And I don't see
any settings in the app itself when I run it. Am I missing something
such as a setting elsewhere that needs adjusting?
If this feature has been removed, is there a third-party weather app
that will provide a brief 5 day forecast in the notification area
similar to the widget's previous behavior?
