accessible-iOS Re: syncing iCloud docs with a PC

Hi.
I'm looking at my windows laptop and there's no documents sinking with
iCloud there.
I'm thinking you can't sink documents between windows computers and iCloud.
That sort of makes some sense as I don't believe you can sink apple
mac with its native OS with MS exchange, you certainly couldn't do it
if you were using VO, because no MS program works with voice over.
