Maria,
Open iTunes on your desktop. Connect your ipad to your pc via the USB end of
your ipad charger. Once your pc recognizes the ipad and automatically
installs the drivers for the ipad, you may be promoted to register your
ipad. Follow those instructions. After that is done you will see the ipad
device listed on the left side in the iTunes program. I can give you more
specifics to of what and how to sync songs,apps,contacts etc. You can email
me directly if you wish. I don't know how much knowledge you have about the
iTunes software on the pc and if you need sighted help. My email is
