Yeah I personally won't pay $70 for a yearly subscription there are way cheeper
options out there.
Sure you guys may say it is perfect it was custom made for the blind, but
remember with a combo of 1 or 2 app you can get this kind of access or more.
Some do it themselves these days too maps for apple is going to be much better
in iOS 7 as Alex mentioned before, and google maps isn't bad either.
We also have navigon which is a very good option as well.
