What's the bluetooth on the mPower for then? When I had my mPower I could not get it to connect to my mom's iPhone or my booksense or bluetooth headsets or anything.

No, the MPower does not have the updated bluetooth Standards required to support iOS.

Think the MPower doesn't have bluetooth, but not sure. I have an Apex. I think he probably means the Apex cuz there was an upgrade to 9.3 for 
it within the past two weeks.
