Do you mean sharing fi9les to transfer them to or from apps? If
so, connect your iOS device and open iTunes if it is not open
already. Select the Apps button, then go down near the bottom of
the window and you'll see a list of apps that support sharing.
Select an app and there will be a list of files you can take from
it, plus a button to push a file to it. Both will open the
standard browse dialogs to find a place to save the file, or
locate a file to upload, depending on the option you chose.
