Oh ok. Well I find that If I turn off vo and then plug the device into a computer with nvda or jaws running and do a home power reset then vo comes on.

However, if you connect your device to the computer and do that home and power button reset again then I think vo will come back on without going into iTunes if you have a screen reader running on your computer. I guess it automicly detects that your iOS device needs voiceover on if you run a screen reader on your computer. However, your triple click setting and all other accessability settings will be lost and you will need to set them back up on your iOS device..

This is a known bug under the current iOS. The only way to get Voice Over back on now is via iTunes on your computer or a sighted person going into settings and turning it back on for you. All your Voice Over settings will have been returned to defaults and the triple tap option will need to be set back to toggling Voice Over.
