accessible-iOS Re: background app refresh question

Mikaela,

Background refresh means that apps that download data, such as a 
podcatcher, can do so in the background without one having to actually 
open the app. This would apply to apps like podcatchers, RSS readers, 
Facebook and Twitter, etc.

You can click on that option in settings and see what apps are allowed 
to do this and disable them on an app by app basis, or you can disable 
the feature altogether.
