You can't play anything but the exposed cards, so to play an exposed card,
just double tap it and it moves it to the card to the left of the pack.

I have to agree with Mama Peach & Alex, I have tried everything that Ican
think of, but there seems to be no single gesture to move the cards. The
only accessible thing that I have found with this game, is that VO reads
everything on the screen.
