You can use the new handwriting feature in iOS 7 to write out your passcode. Go to settings general accessibility VoiceOver rotor and select handwriting to enable it in the rotor. Then in a text field passcode screen or even the home screen rotor to handwriting and draw as if you were drawing characters using pen and paper.
