accessible-iOS Re: Siri and voiceover not working

I fixed it! Huge smiley.
all it needed was a good charge!
But then I still have the problem of voice-over cutting out all
the time.
What should I do about that?
I've tried using headphones, using it on charge, and doing the
reset.
