accessible-iOS Re: Password Bug Fixed

Hello,
Again, no.  lol.  The only people who are forced to set up a pass code is 
people with a 5S who choose to use Touch ID.  When you enable Touch ID you need 
to also create a pass code.  For everyone else, just skip it like you always 
did.
