Remember the first update from 5 to 6? Well, I did it using wifi, and there 
was this little issue regarding languages. English suddenly wasn't selected. 
I forget how I fixed that now, but sure hope 7 doesn't do it again.

Yes, this is how I expect the upgrade to IOS 7 will work. My iPhone came
with IOS 5, and I don't recall ever having to connect my iPhone to my PC
to perform an upgrade.
