Hi,
I'm wondering how to find an email with an important file
attached. Where could it have gone? It's not in the trash
folder. Where would I find it using keymail on my apex?

I believe that your phone has a trash folder which is contained
within the mail app itself and the other trash folder I believe
is the one which resides at your email account itself.
