Hi, you can get your money refunded by apple within 24 hours if the app isn't
accessible. This is in place for this reason, but you shouldn't abuse it.
Sure one or 2 apps is fine, but I am speaking to all those who go on shopping
sprees for apps and then may want to return many of them.
