accessible-iOS Navigon sounds question

Hi to all,
I have navigon I have downloaded all maps, but I don't have sound and voice.
When I go to settings sounds voice, it says that is downloading but It's
standing and waiting.
I have choose the pedestrian mode.
How I can download all sounds?
Or I have did something wrong?
