Hello everyone, I've seen where a lot of people seem to be having this issue
since the new update with deleting songs in albums and the native music app.
What I am experiencing is this: it seems that certain songs that I did not
purchase from iTunes appear on my phone fine, and then other songs, will have
right beside them cancel download 100% button… I've never seen this before, so
I have no idea what is going on here… Other songs that I have purchased from
iTunes are showing up, and VO is saying the song title, and download button
beside it. My brother-in-law told me that on the screen there is a picture of a
cloud beside that particular song, however, I don't want to download any of
these songs, but apparently whether I choose to do this or not, when I double
tap on that song with the cloud beside it, it begins playing. So, does this
mean that I have the option to download it to my device, and if I choose not
to, when I double tap on it, when it begins playing, is it just streaming the
song from the cloud, and therefore it's not taking space on my device? Is there
a way that I can get rid of these songs completely including the titles of them
showing up in my music app? I can honestly say I don't like this new feature of
iOS, however, if any of you know any work arounds on what to do, I certainly
would appreciate any and all assistance with this.
I've even went to iTunes and App Store, and turned off show all music, but that
doesn't seem to help either.
Thanks, Shane.
