accessible-iOS Enhanced voice and rotor question

Hello everyone,
So I downloaded be enhanced voice on my iPhone, however, it doesn't sound to me
any different at all from the compact voice… Is there any difference in these
voices? I didn't hear any so I turned enhanced voice off. I did this under
dialects and language… Did I do something wrong, or is it supposed to sound
same as the compact voice?
also, is there a way to take language out of the rotor? Because I see as I turn
the rotor, it shows up now.
