easy answer never worked for me, i installed something called shakecall.
that works ok. android is really a work in progress. if only it was able to
copy and follow ios effectively.

Thanks for that.
What I also did not realise is that I had installed something called Easy
Answer which was positively getting in the way of good call management. It
has been removed.
