Might not be relevant, but, my older samsung galaxy Y pro GT-B5510's locale and text language is set to english, south africa, and under voice input and output settings, I can in fact set the input language to afrikaans, but, have never really tested it/done much with it. Is there any people on this list that makes use of the voice input on an android? I love it, but I can only talk English to my phone. I would like to know if there is people that can talk other languages like Dutch, or Flemish? For those of you that don't know about it, it is what I use if I don't want to type a message out on my phone, so I just tap on voice input, and then I talk with the phone, and it converts my voice into text. Most of the time it is accurate. My aim is to be able to talk Afrikaans to my phone. On my PC I have one of the Flemish voices, and it does Afrikaans very well. I must now just go and have a look for a voice that will work nice on my phone. I have the Accapella voices, and will go and have a look there.
