[accessible-android] Updating talkback

Hello,
When I tried to update my tablet I went to the play store and to my apps
then to update all. That is when I got the message about the file. I was
wondering if one reason is that my tablet is running 4 .21 instead of 4.22
like my phone. If that is the case then even though, I just bought the
tablet in July it might allready be out of Date. Is that a possible?
