Jarod I have both you are correct you cant do all that you can with apex. It's
the 2.1.10 nova launcher update. that's the one that I hav there is a 2.2
beta I tried and its still the same with nova launcher all you can do is simple
editing and not the editing of changing the name of the icon and all kinds of
things that you can do with apex launcher.

it doesn't do it like in apex. now, I could be wrong here, and if I am, someone
can correct me, but as of a couple months ago, yes, there is an edit choice,
but all you can edit, is the name, and the picture, not the app that that the
icon points too.

In nova, if I long press on an icon, then in the context menu, there's an edit
item..?
Haven't tested it on pre-named icons, but, used it when had created an empty
folder on the home screen..?

that is what I thought too. just for starters, changing an icon on your home
screen is easier on apex. you can just edit it, wair as on nova, you have to
delete the old one, and make a new one pointing to the app you want.

Tonight I was listening to that Android show on I Blink Radio. They were
talking about Nova launcher. Is anyone on the list using. From what I was
able to understand it makes it easier to work with the screens of apps on
the phone or tablet. I was wondering if anyone is using it and what they
thought of it?
