Hi Jacob.
Not sure how well spiel works with later versions of android.
I believe it works with 4.0 but not sure about more recent versions.

It's at least free - as far as I know.
And, it worked roundabout as well as, and sometimes a little nicer than
talkback on my older galaxy Y pro GT-B5510 - one thing I liked about it was
that it would at least tell me item x of y items in list views.
