Rich

While I cannot address the issues Scott raises, my wife and I have good
success with Linksys routers over the years. Only one gave us a problem
out of the box, and we got an immediate replacement from the local Walmart
without question.
We have used them with several broadband cable systems, set them up for
other folks, and no one has ever complained.
Perhaps Scott has higher expectations or needs, but for the average pc
user running a couple of pcs on a home network, Linksys would be my first
choice.
And our pcs are connected 24/7.
