All one need do, to join a Yahoogroups email list, is send a blank msg to
the list's subscription address.
The individual will receive a confirmation email to which they will have
to respond to.
Straightforward and simple. No images to respond to, no webpages to
visit, nothing.
By going to the Yahoogroups website, in this instance, this person, Jean,
is making a simple process overly complicated.
Yes, if they wish to join the list via the website, they will have to deal
with the image.
But, in this instance, this isn't necessary.
