I appreciate all the info. Where can I get the tutorials for Replay AV? I will check these suggestions out. Thanks again so much.

Replay AV is also the one I would recommend. Someone did some audio tutorials. It let's you schedule the recording of programs, control how long to keep them, and many advanced functions that you can't do in any other software package, and it's very accessible.----- Original Message ----- From: "Mike Pietruk" <pietruk@xxxxxxxxx>To: <accesscomp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, January 18, 2010 2:38 PM Subject: [accesscomp] Re: recording radio broadcasts Gene and Reginald have already given you some good feedback. A program that I continually use for recording is Replay AV, a commercial package available from www.applian.com. There is a learning curve, as you might expect, but it isn't formidable. Using MP3 DirectCut, is a good choice particularly if you wish to record something on the fly as you are listening to it. Don't overlook archived shows on websites or podcasts of things that you might routinely wish to hear. No one approach can do everything at all times so familiarizing yourself with the various alternatives will give you a world of listening far beyond your initial expectations. The man who is elated by success and cast down by failure is still a carnalman.
