Hi Aleeha,

Are you running Windows 7 or Vista 64 bit?  Are you using the 64 bit version 
of Internet Explorer?  Because the Flash player for 64 bit Windows isn't 
working properly.  You need to use regular internet explorer.  If this is 
not your situation then you may need to update the Flash player.  And or 
lower your Internet Explorer security settings.

My laptop (netbook) will not play audio files or YouTube videos found
on the Internet. JavaScript is enabled. Can someone please help? I
