[accesscomp] help with sapi 5

When I go to the "Control Panel" and open the "Speech Settings", I get some kind of Run Dll error.


Apparently either the sapi 5 installation is corrupt or the installation didn't occur in the first place.

Any Help with checking the status of tts engines on my system will be appreciated.

By the way, I'm running Windows XP.
