DSpeech
http://dimio.altervista.org/

Mostly easy to use but some controls do not talk with Jaws 11. You can still
operate them with the arrow keys. They are voice volume, pitch, and rate.

            Greetings All,

Is some one aware of a free text to speech converter program I could
suggest? They would be using this program to convert a text file in to an MP3
and putting it on a Zen stone.

    Thanks in advance,
    Andrew
