I've been using the new upgraded AT&T webmail at the following address. http://att.yahoo.com/mail/ Once you put in your log in info, you are in your email account. I have had to tab around a bit on the screen to find out where things are located. I am using NVDA, so my experience may be different from someone using another screen reader. Also I heard from one of their tech people that they are getting plenty of feedback from others about the new system. :) The new system seems to use tabs to get to your in box, contacts, and calendar. There seems to be a tab for each one. I also found a list of tabs for composing, replying, forwarding, and other such actions you can do with your messages while tabbing through the screen. I just use the arrow keys to cycle through them and hit enter to select the option I want. You also have to be careful not to open up too many messages at once, or you'll receive a dialogue telling you to close them. I have been working personally with a tech representative named Michael from Florida. He's been great and patient so far. :) I granted him remote access to my computer, and he was very helpful. I have seen the many changes in the way the website is set up from when it first started, so there does seem to be hope. :) They still have a long way to go to make it more accessible as far as easier navigation. I would just contact AT&T and see what they say and do. I don't use AT&T with Outlook or Outlook Express. I use Juno for that. :) Have a good weekend! I have a friend who uses A T & T as her primary e-mail account and says that when it upgraded, it quit working with Outlook Express. I am running Windows XP and Office 2007. When I went to A T & T, it asked me if I wanted to upgrade. I am still getting messages to my A T & T account though predominantly, I use G-mail. I still want to receive my A T & T messages on Outlook Express. Please let me know what you think. Thanks. Sherri Brun NFBF Newsline Chair Please send me your e-mail to add to my address book.
