I have heard about the aspire netbook computers, and also about HP, sounds like everyone loves both brands. As far as audio games, will they work on windows7? The video games am not interested in, but you know with all netbooks or maybe some of them they come with extra stuff that am not interested in, can you remove the stuff such as virus software and the extra games, does it speed up the process as far as working with a screen reader? ----- Original Message ----- From: "susan gerhart" <slger123@xxxxxxxxx>

Hi, Sue. I have bought both an ASUS and an Acer Aspire from Amazon.
Yes, you get battery, adapter, and brief startup. Your netbook
probably does not have CD so be prepared for some installation extra
work. Win 7 on the Netbook is fine for the non-gaming applications I
use NVDA and various voices. Skype is good and wireless is stable..

I found the Acer a bit faster with an AMD processor and use it daily.
These PCS are great value and easy to handle.

I agree Amazon details are confusing, but you should get a full
package with an order.

Hello. This is Sue. I really enjoy the list. I was wondering am thinking
about getting a netbook an HP mini 110 3130 NR, I read the reviews and
sounds like it is an awesome machine. However when I got the product
description there was nothing mentioned as to what is in the box when you
get it. Has anyone purchased a netbook from Amazon, cause what my question is do you get everything including the netbook, the battery and the adapter?
It really does not make it clear when looking up stuff on Amazon.com, but
when you go to Wal-Mart, their description is a lot better. I did check out
some stuff back in November and I would rather get it from a local store,
cause if there is a problem maybe they could fix it or something. Plus heard
that Windows 7 is better then xp. For me would love to have a secondary
computer. Thanks for your im put.
