As blind computer users face choices regarding a new computer and a new
operating system, what should they think about Windows 8.1?  Should this
operating system be avoided or embraced?  

 

On Tek Talk on Monday evening, January 20, we'll demystify Windows 8.1,
discuss the various factors that a user will want to take into consideration
when deciding whether or not to adopt it, and give some tips for new windows
8.1 users.
