I agree, for blind folks, using the quick launch, can be a real pain,
consequently, setting up, shortcuts, is way easier.
now, if your using vista, and, your using the windows view,
then, there's a add to quick launch item, in the context menu.

for those of you who are using windows xp,

there is a script you can download, and run, which would add the send to
quick launch to the context menu.
