Go to the to line, right arrow past the colon and to the first letter of Access then use shift home, then delete. You may want to try backspacing instead but I haven't done this. I think making it necessary to reply to all to reply to the list is a bad idea. First, this is a very low volume list. There are occasional spurts of activity but for weeks, the list has only perhaps two or three messages a week on average, if that. People are going to forget to use reply to all because lots of lists aren't set up in this way. Also, encouraging people to reply to the sender in this way may make it less likely that other listmembers will see responses to questions. Yes, at times this may cut down on list traffic and reduce the amount of rangling on list, which doesn't happen often anyway, but it also may make it less likely that list members will see answers to questions and thus not know what has been responded to and how byother members. In addition, in Outlook Express, it appears that using reply, not to all but just control r adds the sender to the addressbook if you have Outlook Express set to add addresses of those replied to to the addressbook. thus, any time you reply to the individual, a list members address may be added to the addressbook. Even if someone accidentally replies to the sender, then cancels the reply the address will still be added if I am correct about what happens when you reply to the sender.Finally, why should a list, especially a very low volume list try to solve a problem by trying to avoid it. The real issue is that so many blind peopledon't know how to use their software and may not know much about Windowsbasics either. Why not encourage them to learn rather than making it easierfor them not to? If a blind person doesn't know how to reply to an individual, they will be far better off if they learn how than if the list is set up to avoid the need.
