Maybe no one has done so because no one knows it. Also, you didn't specify anything about what site you are looking for, it's name or anything about it. Are you asking about the site that plays movies randomly and you tune in and listen as though you were listening to a radio broadcast and hope you happen to get in at the beginning of a movie instead of halfway through? I know of such a site but I don't know the address nor do I know whether it is performing properly. When the site first started, it was overloaded by users and streams would stop and start every few seconds, making it not worth listening to.
