Hi Gene, What if you have the bundle with a phone company that has your
internet, phone, TV and cell all in one package? Do you think they would
let me have a dedicated phone line for my computer? My internet is with
them too.. How would that work if one decided to go to something like
Magic Jack, may be a silly question but wondered if anyone on the list
has

This is the best I've found. I've been on it for over three years and
have very few problems with it.
You get a phone adapter that plugs into your router and then plug your
phone into it. For $30 a month you get the World Unlimited plan that
allows calls over 25 countries. You get voice mail, 911 calls, call
waiting, call forwarding, and lots more.
They require a debit/credit card and automatic payments. But in three
years they have never screwed up a payment.
