[accesscomp] Keeping up with the world?

I asked this question on another list, but I'll ask it here as well. Other
than subscribing to pod casts, is there an easy way anyone knows to get to
audio or video for programs like NBC Nightly news, CBS, ABC, etc? The flash
players these sites use don't seem to let you go from story to story with the
keyboard and, it's hard to find the web cast links for these programs. I just
want more options to use Internet Explorer to find good content to listen to on
the computer. Same question for CNN or the local news broadcasts?
