Right I understand about the BCC field. Thanks for the suggestion.

Assuming you are tabbing from the message list to the addresses list and
not actually opening the addressbook, you can tab to the address list,
select all by pressing home and then shift end and then press enter to
create a message with all the addresses in the to line. You may have to
wait a little bit after you press enter for all the addresses to be placed
in the to line and the program will become unresponsive while this is
occurring. If you are going to do this, I would very strongly recommend
that you then select all the addresses in the to line, cut them and paste
them into the bcc field. then write your address in the to line. It is
extremely bad nettiquette to include lots of addresses in the address
field where every recipient can see everyone else's address and where a
spammer might possibly intercept the message en route and harvest lots of
addresses.

Also, if you send a message to lots of recipients, your provider may not
allow you to do so. Providers often reject messages with more than a
certain number of addresses because they are likely to be spam. You may
have to send the message multiple times to far fewer recipients in each
message.

Hello all,

Is there a way in Outlook Express to send one e-mail to my entire contact
list? Thank you.
