I could be way off but isn't that menu available on the printer itself?
You might try control panel, printers and looking at the properties menu for
your specific printer.
I have an HP 2025DN and it has it's own web server so if you have a network
attached printer you might try that, not sure how the 840 is configured.'

I am having difficulty with my printer. Could someone please suggest to me
where I would find the "printer services" menu, where I can clean and align the
