What I forgot to ask also is that I am wondering if the super anti spyware
would conflict with the securityessentials anti virus program I am already

That would highly depend on what their screen reader skills are. There are
many excellent spyware programs out there that are very good but require some
use of virtual cursoring to use them well.
Super Anti Spyware is one good one and another is Malware Bytes.
