[accesscomp] CCleaner versus TuneUpUtilities which is better?

Hi guys: I got my PC reformated Monday, thus want to install a program that wouyld would allow keep registery and other trash away that with time slows down the system. I worked with CCleaner for the past two years and am wondering is CCleaner still OK, or would I be better off trying TuneUp Utilities? What experiences have you guys had with either or both? Using WindowsXP SP3 with Jaws12.
