[accesscomp] AVG inquiry

Hello, all. I have a friend who utilizes AVG 8.5 on her Vista lap top running
vista home basic. She often receives the error message that AVG is turned off
but when she clicks the AVG icon upon her desktop, AVG states it is protecting
her. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
I would love to have a battle of wit with you but you appear to be unarmed.
