Yes, contact Samantha on Samantha Fothergill <Samantha.Fothergill@xxxxxxxxxxx>. 
 She is taking the campaign forward to hopefully bring Virgin Media to court.

Write to her  explaining you got her email from me, and that you are a Virgin 
Media customer or would like to become one if the TIVO box was accessible.  She 
is looking for blind customers who are affected by VM's lack of accessibility 
to potentially take part in a class action against them.  Before that can 
happen, steps have to be taken place.
