Hi George,

Well, a miricle, we have finally got it working.  What a relief.

Many thanks to you and also to Andrew for your helpful suggestions and 
advice.

Now Charlotte is reminding me that it is her birthday on the 17th so, I 
have a feeling that I will not get away with this without paying a high 
price.
