[access-uk] xp home?

hi guys,
is it possible for someone to Install windows xp home from a recovery disk.
The person in question, doesn't want to Install the whole recovery disk, but
just to be able to copy the OEM xp home onto a disk, and then Install xp
onto another computer system in her home.
