Hi Alex,

I bought mine from Zion Media.

The current price from them is GBP 127 plus VAT, that is for the 2600G
model.

The direct page is http://www.zionmedia.co.uk/acatalog/Vigor_2600G2.html

There are a lot of links at the top of the page, but then there is a lot of
good info.

It is also available from lots of other places and you may be able to get it
cheaper elsewhere, its worth looking.

Hi all,

I have been using a Vigor 2600 WE for over 2 years now with absolutely no
issues at all. It is a wonderful piece of kit and has a lot of features in I
am sorry to say I don't understand.

The web interface works well with Window-eyes.

Yesterday I took the plunge and decided that I needed to upgrade the
firmware in it. I had never done this in the past and so was a bit wary. I
read up what was required on the Dratek support site and then went for it.
It all worked like a charm.

I am a convinced proponent of these routers; although they are more
expensive that others.

Hi Alex,

Without doubt the Draytek Vigor 2600G. In addition to a built in firewall,
it has 4 wired ports, plus a USB printer port.

What is especially good is that if needs be, it can be set up by someone
else over the Internet, given that you have a fixed IP address of course.
And believe me, I have been more than glad of that feature on many
occasions.
