Hi, That is a bit weird - you should see the 1394 network card (this is the firewire port), the LAN connection, possibly a modem connection and the wireless connection. Which laptop is it you have? Thanks. Andrew. -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of yusuf Sent: 03 June 2005 20:47 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: wireless again Hi, I had a look in the network settings in control pannel and there was two networks listed 1394 and local area network. I had a look in both and neither seemed to have anything to do with wireless networks in that they didn't contain anything about SSIDs or encriptions. The advantage of the Toshiba suite is that it allows you to use Toshiba projectors etc, but if you just want network access then I just use the Windows software. Go into control panel | network | and look at the wireless network card in there - if you press enter on this card, you can configure its options. Thanks.
