[access-uk] windows log on forgotten password discs?

Hi list:
I have recently made myself a forgotten password disc for my windows
machine. While consulting microsoft help, I clicked on the related topics
link under the help topic I had just read which told me how to make the disc
etc, but when I tried to click on the related topics link, my jaws freezes
until I exit the help with alt f4. can someone please tell me, if for
instance I forget my password and want to use this disc, how I go about
doing so? thanks.
