1 What version of Windows is in use.
2 What screen reader and version are you using.

hi all, hope all are doing good as i am.
from 2 weeks i am faceing a problem with my windows explorer.
i get frequent errors like"windows explorer has stopped working
windows is chequing for a salution online" or "windows explorer is
restarting" why is this hapening please help.
